Poll - get the opinions of people who visit your site. You write the question and the different answer options. When you order your site you can decide if polls will show to everyone who comes to your site (anonymous visitors) or to registered users only.
Calendar - display upcoming schedules of events (promotions, meetings, parties, special occasions, etc.). Every one of these views are created automatically when you add an event with a starting and ending date and time.
Recent News - a collection of pages that are displayed as a teaser - just the title and the opening paragraph. Your readers can then click on the link and read the full story. Stories are sorted from oldest to newest so it's easy for return visitors to find the latest news.
Blog - regularly updated pages - usually full of your personal opinions, thoughts and ideas. Your blog entries are sorted so the newest ones show up first. You can allow people to comment on your blog, subscribe to new entries, and link to new entries automatically.
Forum - a simple forum with topics posted by an administrator or registered users - you can decide if you want to allow anonymous users or registered users to post replies and comments. As the site owner, you can also assign an employee to be the administrator.
Comments - give your site visitors the ability to comment on your site. You can decide what types of pages they can comment on (example: no comments on photo galleries or FAQs, but comments are ok on events and recent news entries). You can also decide if users have to be registered with the site or if anonymous visitors can post comments. AND you can decide to let comments post with or without approval.
Subscriptions - depending on how you want it set up, registered users can subscribe to a single page or an entire area of the website. They are sent email notifications when changes are made or new items added. You can also decide where subscriptions are available (example: can't subscribe to FAQ but can subscribe to forums or recent news entries, etc.).
Newsletter - get in touch with all your registered users in one easy step. It's just as easy as creating a regular page but gives you the added option of emailing it to everyone during the same step. Old issues of newsletters are also available for viewing and there are several options for organizing different types of newsletters.
Photo Gallery - a different method for displaying many photos or images. Regular pages can display images within text. Galleries display thumbnail images with limited captions. Clicking a thumbnail shows a larger image. The gallery works exactly as shown on the Gachi Site demo.
FAQ - if your Gachi Site will be answering many of the same questions again and again, you might want to use FAQs or frequently asked questions. You can create a question and answer section that will allow users to get help without actually contacting you.
Custom Form - used to gather specific information. You can add text fields, dates, email fields, give people a drop down list, a group of check boxes, etc. You can build your form to get exactly the info you want and then have it emailed to you whenever it is submitted
Contact Form - give your site visitors an easy way to get in touch with you. The contact form sends an email to the address of your choosing without revealing your email address. You can also different categories of contact forms to organize your emails (example categories: general inquiry, customer service, technical questions, etc.).
Site Search - unobtrusive search box lets your visitors find what they're looking for. They can also refine their search results with an advanced search.
Web Pages - Gachi Sites include a variety of different types of pages and we also include a regular, catch-all type of page. These pages can have text, single (or multiple) images, links, bulleted lists, etc., and can be inserted directly into a menu.
Easy Image Upload - different from the image gallery, our easy image upload allows you to insert images one at a time in regular web pages with just a few mouse clicks. You also have the option of automatically creating a thumbnail sized image of your original.
WYSIWYG Editor - who's it in the what now? Pronounced why-zee-wig, a WYSIWYG editor is "what you see is what you get"! This is just a fancy way of saying you don't have to write any code or know any html to be able to style your text. You type what you want, use the graphic buttons to change the appearance, and you see your changes right away in the editor window. Nice and easy.
Auto Menus - adding a page (or gallery or other page type) to your menu is super easy. While you're creating or editing the page you want to insert in the menu, just click the menu options link, give your menu a name, choose where you want it to go, and PRESTO!!!! Your menu automatically appears.
CAPTCHA Verification - make sure that it's really a human trying to add a comment to your site (or create an account) and not a computer trying to populate the web with spam automatically. You can choose to put this on your comments, blog or forum posts, user account creations, etc.
Spam Blocker - all of your Gachi Sites email accounts include a spam blocker designed to identify spam signatures and prevent them from every cluttering your inbox. All this happens automatically!
Secure Online Login - the Gachi Sites login means that you don't have to buy any software to be able to edit and add to your site - you can do it all right online! When you're not logged in, you see the site just like everyone else does. But after entering your user name and password you'll have access to adding and editing content.
Approval Queue for Employees - handy when you've got employees who are allowed to add or edit your website. You are notified of their changes by email and have to approve their draft before it actually goes onto the site (it is hidden until you approve it).
XML Sitemap - exactly what it sounds like - a map of your site. These are particularly handy for search engine optimization because they describe how to find every single page on your site. Gachi Sites generate your site map automatically.

Editable Page Title - officially, the 'Page Title' is the title that is displayed in the top of the web browser. This is usually just the actual title of your page but with Gachi Sites you have the option of displaying something different in the web browser title area than your actual page title.
Automatic or Custom URL Aliases - automatically create a URL alias for you based off your page's title. So instead of your page address being "www.mysite.com/page=83759/" it is something sensible and easy to type in by hand like "www.mysite.com/blog/todays-fun-stuff/"
